Kay leads efforts across Microsoft and the Industry related to open source and supply chain security. She serves as Governing Board Chair for the Open Source Security Foundation, and as Co-chair for the Software Bill of Materials Working Group at the Consortium for Information & Software Quality (CISQ). Kay works across teams to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions through open source collaboration. Her background includes technology management, business strategy, product design and engineering.
