Monica is currently VP Engineering at Giant Swarm that offers managed Kubernetes as a service, and founder of tupu.io, a free mentorship program for unprivileged people in tech. Before Giant Swarm, she served as Director of Engineering at Elastic, leading two most popular open source projects: Beats and Logstash. Before Elastic, she founded Packetbeat that was acquired by Elastic in 2015. When she’s not busy with the data grokking, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and traveling the world.
