Rich is mostly retired, but retains his own sole-proprietorship software industry consulting firm, RSands Consulting, LLC, where he is Founder and Principal. RSands Consulting advises clients on business strategy and software developer relations, and provides product management and product marketing services with a special focus on the open source software model and its impact on business.
