Christina de Vries serves as a consultant and coach at itacs GmbH in Berlin. She takes the lead in programs and projects, develops and implements cloud, hybrid, and on-premises solutions for information and collaboration platforms with technical experts. She focusses on building bridges between the diverse IT disciplines, end users, and business decision makers. Following the mantra "humans over methodology" she pays particular attention on the participants as they are the engine of change. She complements her wide experience in traditional and agile techniques with process and change management to support customers en route to a digitalized, interconnected workplace.
